To further enhance the professional competence and management skills of the company’s leadership team, OUMIAO Power organized a training course on "Understanding the Role of Managers" for its managerial staff from April 27 to 28. The training featured rich content and diverse formats, injecting a strong new impetus into elevating the company’s overall management standards.

From skillfully navigating relationships with superiors, subordinates, and colleagues in the interpersonal role, to building strong two-way communication channels as an information-transmission facilitator, to confidently making decisive decisions and taking full accountability in the decision-making role—each aspect was thoroughly analyzed through numerous real-world business cases that closely mirrored corporate scenarios.
