The meeting reviewed the achievements and challenges of the past three years, conducted an in-depth analysis of the current macroeconomic environment, energy industry trends, market competition dynamics, and the company’s own business status, further clarifying the strategic direction for the next three years.

The meeting noted that, against the backdrop of building a new-type power system, digitalization and intelligent technologies have become the core directions for grid development. Key priorities moving forward include upgrading distribution networks, surging growth in energy storage, advancing ultra-high-voltage projects, and constructing flexible, smart energy systems. Facing this new landscape, the company must reassess its core product strengths and identify emerging opportunities, driving organizational transformation and optimizing resource allocation.
