Solution Showcase

Product One:
OM.R920 GIS Ultra-High Frequency Partial Discharge Online Monitoring System <<<<<

The OM.R920 GIS Ultra-High-Frequency Partial Discharge Online Monitoring System consists of three key components: an ultra-high-frequency sensor (UHF), a signal acquisition unit, and an integrated diagnostic platform. This system enables real-time monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis of partial discharge conditions within the GIS equipment itself. Additionally, leveraging the IEC61850 communication protocol, it seamlessly transmits data to the substation’s monitoring system, facilitating data collection, forwarding, and application—thereby minimizing maintenance-related outages and fault-induced downtime, ultimately extending the operational lifespan of critical equipment.

Product Two:
OM.R921-ZH Transformer Comprehensive Online Monitoring System <<<<<

OM.R921-ZH Transformer (Reactor) Comprehensive Condition Monitoring Device monitors multiple parameters across various dimensions—such as partial discharge signals from the transformer, vibration signals of the transformer body, ground current signals, bushing dielectric loss, and oil chromatography. By comprehensively acquiring, continuously tracking, and systematically analyzing these multi-dimensional state data, the device enables integrated monitoring and diagnostics of critical components like the transformer core and bushings, detecting issues such as partial discharge, winding deformation, bushing aging, and transformer oil degradation. The system also processes and evaluates the collected data in real time, providing an immediate assessment report on the transformer's insulation and operational status. Based on these insights, operations and maintenance personnel can proactively schedule maintenance activities, preventing potential major grid failures caused by equipment malfunctions—and ultimately ensuring reliable system operation at the lowest possible maintenance cost.

Sensing Layer: Composed of various sensors, such as ultra-high-frequency partial discharge monitoring sensors and core vibration monitoring sensors. These sensors come in diverse types and can be installed flexibly, enabling the collection of multiple signal types—including partial discharge, vibration, and grounding currents from core clamps—thus providing raw data for the monitoring system.

Integrated Monitoring Unit (IED): Responsible for heavy-duty data processing, the IED can automatically collect data from sensor units, perform analysis, and store the information. It features multiple functionalities, such as standardized data processing, transmitting results and alert messages to the backend system, and receiving control commands. Additionally, it supports various communication protocols, enabling seamless data exchange with both sensor units and the integrated monitoring backend.

Integrated Monitoring Backend: The monitoring system adopts a B/S architecture, making it easy to access, display, and analyze various types of monitoring data. It enables real-time data navigation, graphical analysis, and other advanced features. Additionally, it can seamlessly connect with the higher-level monitoring platform, helping operations and maintenance personnel gain a comprehensive understanding of equipment status and make informed, data-driven decisions.
