Leadership Address

General Manager Gao Cunyu delivered heartfelt gratitude and best wishes for the New Year to all OUMIAO employees who have worked tirelessly, as well as to everyone from various sectors who have supported OUMIAO's growth, at the annual meeting. He then presented the "OUMIAO Power 2018 Annual Work Report and 2019 Goals Outlook." He emphasized that, despite facing challenges and uncertainties throughout 2018, we achieved remarkable milestones and made significant contributions. However, he also noted that 2019 marks China's transition away from an era of exceptionally high profits—what some might call the "golden age"—as the broader economic landscape enters a colder, more uncertain winter ahead. Yet, as the saying goes, "The wise remain unfazed, and the benevolent know no worries." Looking forward, though the road ahead will undoubtedly be tougher, we will rely on our knowledge and wisdom, embracing forward-thinking strategies to navigate both opportunities and challenges. After all, the greatest rewards often lie atop the most perilous peaks. ， In 2019, we focused on strengthening our internal capabilities, enhancing management practices, and cultivating efficiency—measured by both employee productivity and space utilization—to build an outstanding team and lay the solid foundation that will support the company's long-term growth.
