OUMIAO's 10th-anniversary team-building event was successfully held.

From July 19 to 21, 2019, SHANGHAI OUMIAO ELECTRIC & INSPECTION CO., LTD. organized a memorable and meaningful team-building trip to Qiandao Lake for all employees, combining tourism with corporate bonding activities to celebrate the company's 10th anniversary.

On July 19, at 7:30 a.m., all OUMIAO employees departed from the company by bus. Onboard, our talented and versatile colleagues enjoyed cheerful games together, walking hand in hand and sharing joyful moments throughout the journey. Before long, the four-hour trip came to an end, and we arrived at the picturesque shores of Thousand Island Lake.

In the afternoon, the team-building activities kicked off as the entire company divided into three competing teams—blue, white, and green—each eager to showcase their spirit. The first event was a thrilling kayak race, where participants paddled with all their might, working together seamlessly to propel their boats toward the finish line. After the competition, the team members took it one step further, immersing themselves in the lake in a unique "water piano" performance. Amidst the scorching summer heat, they embraced an unforgettable, close-up encounter with Qiandao Lake’s crystal-clear waters.

As evening approached, everyone gathered once again at the hot air balloon base and, from an unprecedented vantage point, soared high above to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Qiandao Lake.

On the morning of July 20, there was a joyful lakeside cycling event. OUMIAO's friends gathered in small groups, weaving through the picturesque scenery of lake and mountains as they pedaled along.

On the afternoon of July 20, the team-building game session officially kicked off. Games like "Monkeys Climbing Trees" and "Blades of Light and Shadow" challenged participating teams to engage in intense discussions and speed competitions, highlighting their collective cohesion, leadership skills, and ability to execute tasks effectively. The "Water Droplets Piercing Stone" segment further showcased the team's capacity for seamless coordination and collaboration. Through these simple yet meaningful activities, everyone realized that in the workplace, mutual cooperation isn’t just essential for smooth teamwork—it’s the key to building an outstanding, high-performing team through consistent practice and perseverance. In the end, the "Birthday Party" segment brought the entire team-building event to a thrilling climax. Everyone worked together harmoniously, seamlessly completing every activity with unity and enthusiasm, as they joined forces to celebrate the company’s 10th anniversary with heartfelt wishes and cheers!

At the evening banquet, a group of long-serving employees who have stood by the company through thick and thin since its founding were presented with the "10th Anniversary Honor Medal." The event concluded with CEO Gao's heartfelt review of the past decade, along with an inspiring vision and strategic roadmap for OUMIAO's promising future—marking the successful and milestone-driven completion of this team-building journey.

On July 21, after enjoying relaxing activities such as "Happy Water World" or fishing, they happily began their journey home.
