From July 10 to 12, OUMIAO Power organized the second-phase specialized training session for management, centered around the theme of "Target Planning Management and Execution Capability." This training focused on three core competencies: target breakdown, plan development, and efficient execution. Through structured courses and hands-on practice sessions, it further strengthened managers' strategic thinking and ability to effectively implement plans, injecting strong momentum into the company's high-quality growth.
This training session was led by Mr. Yang from the Shanghai OUMIAO Marketing Center, along with Liu Runze, a lecturer from Zhongxu Education. Together, they delivered an engaging and lively training class filled with humor and wit.

Training Session: Putting Knowledge into Practice, Elevating Management
The training features a specially invited senior management expert who will lead the course. Starting with the SMART principles for goal-setting, the session will delve into practical case studies, thoroughly explaining how to apply the five key elements—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—to transform corporate strategies into actionable objectives. Additionally, the course will systematically break down company-wide goals into the "6 Major Systems," guiding participants step by step on how to cascade strategic objectives from the corporate level down to departments and individual roles, ensuring alignment across the organization and fostering a unified drive toward successful execution.


Group Discussion: Clashing Ideas, Building Consensus
The group discussion session during the training once again stood out as a highlight. Guided by the instructor, members of each group enthusiastically engaged in discussions, applying the SMART principles while aligning their ideas with the company’s "6 Major Systems" objectives. From setting clear goals to mapping out actionable implementation plans, from allocating resources effectively to maintaining tight project progress control—participants freely shared their perspectives, sparking dynamic exchanges that continuously refined and improved their proposed solutions.
