Shanghai OUMIAO was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Qingpu Science and Technology Festival and the unveiling ceremony of the Academician & Expert Workstation.

On August 23, the 2022 Qingpu Science and Technology Festival opened at the Yangtze River Delta Financial Industry Park in Qingpu District, Shanghai. Shanghai OUMIAO, as one of only three academician expert workstations in the entire district in 2021, was invited to attend the opening ceremony. Zhang Quanquan, Deputy Secretary of the Qingpu District Committee and District Mayor, attended the event, while Ni Qianlong, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, presented OUMIAO Electric with an official plaque. During the ceremony, Mr. Xu, General Manager of OUMIAO Electric, took the stage to receive the plaque from the Qingpu District Committee.

Leaders from the Qingpu District Committee, members of the District Science Popularization Joint Conference, heads in charge from various towns (subdistricts), members of the district Science and Technology Commission and Science and Technology Association leadership team, researchers, and representatives from the three academician-expert workstations' partner enterprises attended the conference.

The conference was simultaneously broadcast live online across the entire network, with special coverage provided by the Integrated Media Center. Attendees and viewers of the livestream included science and science communication professionals from Wujiang District and Jiashan County; liaisons from the district-level joint conference on science popularization; all representatives from the Qingpu District Association for Science and Technology; science and science communication officials from various subdistricts, towns, and village communities; members of district-level academic (association) organizations; as well as science and technology workers, science communication practitioners, and science volunteers from across the district.
