2022 Third-Quarter Sales Meeting and Team-Building Event

From September 17 to 19, 2022, SHANGHAI OUMIAO ELECTRIC & INSPECTION CO., LTD. held its third-quarter sales meeting in Changsha. The marketing team traveled to Changsha, Hunan, and enjoyed an unforgettable and meaningful journey combining the "sales meeting" with team-building activities.

Each regional team carefully summarized the completion status of their sales targets and market development efforts for the first three quarters. After listening to the work reports from all regional teams, Chairman Gao Cunyu provided comments and a comprehensive summary, and then outlined the strategies for sales and market expansion in the upcoming quarter.

To foster team collaboration and trust, strengthen communication among colleagues, and boost employees' enthusiasm and motivation, the company organized a collective team-building activity on September 19. The marketing team was divided into three competing groups: Blue, Yellow, and Orange. Participants enthusiastically took part in a series of exciting activities, including an intense live-action CS competition, an archery contest, and an exhilarating off-road race around the mountain trails—leading to fierce competition and high spirits across the board!

Through this sales meeting and team-building activity, each regional team reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of their sales efforts in the first three quarters, clearly defining their future goals. Meanwhile, the team-building event not only helped everyone relax both physically and mentally but also fostered heartfelt conversations among every OUMIAO "striver," strengthening our sense of unity and camaraderie.
