Good News: We warmly congratulate Chairman Gao Cunyu on being selected for the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program"!

In February 2018, the General Office of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the List of Personnel Selected for the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program,"" and our company's Chairman Gao Cunyu was successfully selected.

Our company's selection of Gao Cun and the Chairman marks a milestone in our talent initiatives over recent years. Warmest congratulations to Chairman Gao Cunyu!

The full name of the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program" is the "National Special Support Program for High-Level Talents." It is a major talent initiative implemented at the national level, aiming to select, over a period of 10 years, a group of outstanding, leading, and exceptionally talented young professionals in fields such as natural sciences, engineering technology, and philosophy and social sciences, while providing them with special support.

The national "Ten Thousand Talents Program" system consists of three levels:

The first tier consists of 100 outstanding talents, who are planned to be supported in research areas at the forefront of global science and technology, those making significant scientific discoveries, and individuals with the potential to grow into leading scientists.

The second tier comprises 8,000 leading talents, including leaders in scientific and technological innovation, technology-based entrepreneurship, philosophy and social sciences, and distinguished educators.

The third tier comprises 2,000 outstanding young talents, who are planned to be supported in key areas such as natural sciences, engineering technology, philosophy, social sciences, and culture & arts—areas where they have already shown promise, achieved significant academic accomplishments, and demonstrate strong potential for innovative development. Typically, these individuals should be no older than 40 and hold a doctoral degree.
