Oumia Leads the Way, Hearts Walk Together—Moments Seal a New Chapter in Our Shared Dreams—Shanghai OUMIAO 2024 Work Summary and Awards Ceremony Concludes Successfully

On January 18, 2025, Shanghai OUMIAO held its 2024 Work Summary and Honor Recognition Conference in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, under the theme "Ou Style Leads the Way, Hearts Stay Close—Building a New Chapter of Dreams Together in Every Moment." On the eve of the conference, the company hosted its annual sales meeting, a sales target signing ceremony, and an equity incentive meeting at its production base in Jiaxing.

The conference carefully summarized the achievements of the past year, reviewed progress across various areas of work, solemnly recognized outstanding employees, and inspired everyone to look forward to a bright future of development over the next three years.

In 2024, OUMIAO Electric celebrated its 15th anniversary, marking a new milestone in the company’s growth and development. The summarizing conference was filled with a vibrant, joyful atmosphere—reflecting the energetic and upward momentum of the coming year. Phrases like "Twelve years of overcoming challenges; now we take bold steps to start anew" and "Bringing a Chinese brand to the world" resonated throughout the event, perfectly embodying the company’s corporate culture. Employees deeply connected with the organization’s ambitious vision, profound mission, and core values.

The conference was chaired by Gao Xufei, and the heads of each center delivered their annual work reports.

Chairman Gao Cunyu comprehensively summarized in his report the remarkable achievements OUMIAO employees have made over the past year, jointly reflecting on the journey of hard work and perseverance they undertook together. He highlighted that, despite numerous challenges, the entire team remained united, braved immense pressure, and successfully accomplished the company’s 2024 business objectives. Meanwhile, key areas such as market performance, talent development, management, and operations all saw significant improvements in their respective management capabilities.
