    • Commodity name: GIS Equipment Live Detection Solution

    Product Overview
GIS equipment is widely used in urban central substations and critical load centers due to its advantages such as small footprint, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. However, as the equipment ages, localized partial discharge phenomena that may occur inside the GIS have become a key factor affecting its long-term stable operation. Live-line detection technology offers extended early warning capabilities and high sensitivity, enabling timely identification of potential insulation issues. This allows for prompt implementation of appropriate maintenance measures, preventing equipment damage and power outages, thereby enhancing the reliability and safety of power supply.

    Ultrasonic Testing

Ultrasound testing can avoid interference from on-site electrical noise, offers simple localization, and is capable of detecting defects such as surface discharges on insulating bushings, free particles inside the tank, burrs, and poor contact.

    Ultra-High-Frequency Detection

The ultra-high-frequency detection method boasts strong anti-interference capabilities and high sensitivity, enabling it to identify defects such as burrs inside the tank, internal air gaps in insulation, and poor contact.

    Infrared Detection

Infrared temperature measurement can detect faults such as heating at GIS equipment connections, circulating heat in the tank body, eddy current-induced heating, and overheating caused by external factors.

    SF6 Gas Detection

Under the influence of discharge or high temperatures, SF6 gas will decompose. By analyzing the gas components, as well as the types and concentrations of decomposition products, potential faults inside GIS equipment can be identified. It features low susceptibility to interference and high sensitivity.
