    The OM.R910 Lightning Arrester Insulation Online Monitoring System deploys a series of fully digital, integrated smart monitoring units across the equipment site to continuously track insulation status parameters of substation lightning arresters in real time. Leveraging an industrial fieldbus, the system enables seamless, station-wide digital communication, while on-site monitoring IEDs facilitate data exchange with the remote monitoring platform. Meanwhile, the centralized remote monitoring and management system integrates online monitoring data, offline test results, patrol inspection records, and equipment defect information to assess and analyze the overall health condition of the devices. This approach allows for real-time, online analysis and diagnosis of arrester operating conditions, ultimately supporting the development of targeted equipment maintenance and condition-based overhaul strategies.
