Product Overview
The OM.T300 On-line Dissolved Gas Monitoring System for Oil automatically performs quantitative circulating cleaning, oil sampling, gas-oil separation, sample analysis, data processing, and real-time alarm functions. It rapidly monitors the concentration and growth rate of dissolved fault gases in oil used in oil-immersed high-voltage equipment such as transformers, and leverages a fault diagnosis expert system to provide early warnings of potential equipment failures. This proactive approach helps prevent equipment accidents, minimizes critical losses, and enhances the overall reliability of operational systems.
System Architecture
The OM.T300 On-line Dissolved Gas Monitoring System consists of a Field Monitoring Unit (OM.T300 On-line Dissolved Gas Monitoring Device) and a Control Room Unit (OM.A300 Integrated Monitoring System). The Field Monitoring Unit, which serves as the chromatographic data acquisition system, comprises a carrier gas unit, a degassing unit, a detection unit, a master control unit (IED), and auxiliary units. These auxiliary units include oil valves connected to the transformer, oil pipes, and communication cables, among other components.

● Faster analysis cycles, with a minimum monitoring interval of 60 minutes; users can customize the working intervals.
● The oil input is only 25 mL, significantly better than the industry standard of 600 mL, ensuring rapid oil-gas separation in just 30 minutes. It incorporates a special environmental adaptation technology that eliminates the impact of temperature and humidity fluctuations on the gas distribution coefficient.
● The analyzed oil samples undergo degassing and buffering techniques to eliminate bubbles entrained in the oil being returned to the transformer body. Additionally, a multi-layered isolation-type re-injection (return oil) technology is employed to absolutely ensure that no gases are introduced into the transformer body.
●The detection limit for C₂H₂ can reach as low as 0.2 μL/L
● The equipment is equipped with an automatic constant-temperature industrial air conditioner to ensure a stable internal chassis temperature.
● Enhance the system fault diagnosis function by providing the improved three-ratio method, David’s triangle method, and cubic diagram method, and presenting the diagnostic results.
