    The OM.R900 Transformer Bushing Insulation Online Monitoring System is a continuous, real-time or periodic, automated monitoring device designed to assess the insulation status parameters of capacitive equipment such as transformer bushings. Utilizing all-digital zero-flux intelligent monitoring sensors, the system continuously tracks the insulation condition parameters of transformer bushings. It leverages an industrial fieldbus for seamless, station-wide digital communication, enabling data exchange between local monitoring IEDs and the central monitoring system. Furthermore, an expert system is employed to evaluate and analyze the health status of transformer bushing equipment, facilitating real-time online analysis and diagnosis of insulation performance and operational conditions. Based on these insights, the system helps formulate targeted maintenance strategies specifically tailored to the insulation performance of transformer bushings, as well as comprehensive plans for transformer upkeep and condition-based maintenance.

    Featuring a die-cast aluminum alloy material with a sealed design, it is waterproof and dustproof, boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, and is ideal for harsh outdoor environments.

    Multi-parameter comprehensive monitoring:
    In addition to monitoring dielectric loss, capacitance, and leakage current, it can also be extended to include multi-parameter monitoring of partial discharge, oil temperature, oil pressure, and more, enabling a comprehensive assessment of equipment condition.
