Product Overview
The OM.R901 Transformer Glass-Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GRP) Bushing Insulation Online Monitoring System is specifically designed for real-time, online monitoring of the main insulation leakage current in high-voltage transformer bushings during operation. The system primarily consists of a bushing end-screen adapter, a current measurement sensor, and a host monitoring unit. When monitoring the bushing, this system must be used in conjunction with a specially designed end-screen adapter, which ensures reliable grounding of the end screen while enabling highly accurate leakage current measurements. The monitoring host features a high-speed digital signal processor, allowing it to precisely measure and calculate the leakage current in real time. Additionally, the system offers multiple functions, including local display and both upper and lower alarm alerts.

Product Selection and Specifications
Powered by lithium batteries, it automatically triggers a red-light alarm when the set threshold is reached. Measurement accuracy and range alarm thresholds are as follows:
1. Measurement range: 0–70 mA Measurement accuracy: 0.5%
2. Set default thresholds based on voltage levels—for example, 19mA: If the leakage current is below 9mA, the indicator light remains off; however, when the current reaches or exceeds 19mA, the indicator light turns on.
