    Product Overview 
    The OM.R925 switchgear Partial Discharge Online Monitoring System is specifically designed for monitoring the insulation condition of switchgear equipment. It utilizes (Ultra-High Frequency, High-Frequency, Transient Earth Voltage, and Ultrasonic) sensors to continuously detect partial discharge signals inside the switchgear in real time. The system then analyzes and processes these signals in the background, enabling an assessment of the switchgear's insulation status, identification of defect types, and pinpointing the approximate location of any faults. Finally, it provides actionable maintenance recommendations to prevent insulation failures, minimize downtime, and reduce both maintenance costs and operational disruptions.


    System Architecture 
    Perception Layer: Real-time monitoring of switchgear can be achieved using ultra-high frequency, high frequency, ultrasonic, and transient ground wave technologies, with signals transmitted to the data acquisition unit either via dedicated cables or through a 470MHz wireless connection. 
    Collection Layer: Uses fiber optic or 470MHz wireless communication to connect with the partial discharge diagnosis server. 
    Diagnostic Layer: Employs large-capacity real-time database technology to store partial discharge data, and leverages an intelligent neural network algorithm—built upon a partial discharge fault database—to accurately identify fault types. Additionally, it enables early warning of partial discharge faults through event trend-based statistical analysis.
