On December 27, 2024, the Ganzi 1000 kV UHV AC Substation—the starting point of the Sichuan-Chongqing 1000 kV Ultra-High Voltage AC Transmission Project—officially began operation. As the world's highest-altitude UHV AC substation, the Ganzi Station plays a critical role in efficiently transmitting abundant clean energy sources such as hydropower, wind power, and solar energy from western Sichuan to the Sichuan-Chongqing region. During the 2025 Spring Festival period, the Engineering Services Department organized an empowering training event aimed at enhancing professional skills and fostering team collaboration. On February 6, the event officially kicked off, with opening remarks delivered by Chairman Gao and Director of the Delivery Center, Gao Xufei. The training covered essential topics such as safety regulations, corporate culture, and standardized service procedures, while also incorporating indoor team-building activities, technical exchanges, and case studies to strengthen teamwork. Participants particularly benefited from specialized skill sessions—including live-line testing, routine product maintenance, and software debugging—equipping them with practical knowledge for their roles. In addition, health check-ups, a scenic tour of Nanhu Lake, and engaging team-building activities helped boost group cohesion.
